At Berlin Metals, quality is more than a program; it's a process that encompasses every facet of our business. Programs, by their very nature, have a beginning, a middle, and an end. Our Quality System is designed so that quality is every employee's responsibility, and as such, can never end.
Our Quality System, through documented and controlled Quality Manuals, Quality Procedures, Work Instructions and Forms, will assist all of the employees at Berlin Metals to consistently meet or exceed our customers requirements.
A multi-disciplinary management team is in place to carry out the requirements of TS 16949
Our commitment to customer satisfaction will allow us to implement Continuous Improvement Projects that will result in shorter lead times, streamlined processes, Zero Defects and 100% On Time Delivery.
Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) will include Control Plans, Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), mistake proofing, feasibility reviews and special characteristics.
Quality is conformance to requirements. Requirements exist in various forms, such as schedules, standards, specifications, tolerances, procedures and instructions. Requirements are established, maintained, revised or eliminated to meet the needs of the company and our customers.
We order material from "world class" producers to our customers' exact specifications to ensure success when manufacturing their parts.
