Operating today with four coil slitters and one cut to length (CTL) line in Hammond, Indiana (20 minutes south of downtown Chicago), we are the largest Service Center distributor of prime Tin Mill Products (Tin Plate, Black Plate, TFS, Tin Coated Sheet) in slit coil form in North America. Additionally, we are a leading supplier of stainless steel strip, galvanized, light gauge cold rolled sheet and strip, and other coated steels in coil form to hundreds of customers worldwide. Our customers are leaders in the manufacturing of automotive components, computer components, hardware, housewares, residential windows, telecommunications cable and other stampings.The company is privately owned and closely held by the Berlin family. Berlin Packaging, a distributor and contract manufacturer of rigid containers for the food, pharmaceutical, and cosmetic industries, with 18 locations in the United States and headquarters in Chicago, is also owned by the Berlin family. |
